In carrying out their activities, all those who act, operate and collaborate for VIOLATECH Srl (employees, agents, consultants, suppliers and third parties in general) find themselves having to confront situations that require the adoption of relevant behaviors under various profiles, including which, the most important, are the ethical and legal ones.
Everyone has a duty to behave and have their collaborators and interlocutors behave in compliance with the general principles of honesty, loyalty, good faith, balance, correctness and diligence, as well as the specific obligations that may derive from ethics and, in any case, from those principles deemed due by virtue of the context and the purposes of one's mission.
VIOLATECH Srl does not intend to analytically define the specific behaviors that must be adopted in the face of all situations in which it is possible to find oneself, but has decided to provide general guidelines of an ethical-behavioral nature to comply with in carrying out one's activities. However, in the presence or absence of any specific provision, it is, in any case, absolutely necessary that in their actions all be inspired by the highest standards of behavior, to which VIOLATECH Srl in turn inspires its own conduct, bearing in mind that the correct behavior by holding in every situation always originates not only from good faith, but also from transparency, impartiality and above all from the honesty and loyalty of the thought of those who act.
The application and observance of the principles set out also falls within the more general obligations of collaboration, diligence and loyalty required by the nature of the service due and by the interest of the company, to which all are bound in the performance of any service in favor of VIOLATECH Srl . The aforementioned obligations, in particular for the employees of VIOLATECH Srl, integrate the provisions of articles 2104 and 2105 of the civil code and the applicable and in force National Collective Labor Agreement
